Keeping Teeth Healthy Away From The Home

So you just ate a donut or had a sugary drink from your favorite coffee shop while out and about and now you have that fuzzy feeling on your teeth from the sugar. Now what?

1. Bring a toothbrush with you on the go! Chances are, you’ll probably have access to a bathroom if you’re wanting to clean your teeth during the day.

2. Floss on the go! This won’t fix everything, but you can get some food particles out so they’re not sitting in your teeth all day. You can grab some dental floss picks if you don’t want to use regular floss.

3. Don’t want to have to worry about a toothbrush? At least rinse your mouth with water after eating/drinking. This will rinse off some of the particles and will boost your body’s natural ability to clean itself after a meal.
